Fresh off two fine wins against the Western Province XXIII, the Vodacom Bulls XV will seek to avenge their only loss in the SA Under-23 Cup when they face the Lions at UJ on Saturday (1pm).
Bolstered by the return of Demitre Erasmus and Dieter Schubert, the visitors will be seeking to overturn an opening round loss when they face the Lions.
Conditions are likely to dictate the nature of the game – if it’s wet, as Johannesburg has been in recent days, expectations are of a tight, forward dominated game. However, if the sun is out, both teams are likely to opt for a fast, open game.
