WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets may be purchaced using our very safe and user-friendly online ticket pros portal. Loftus’ ticket office (012 420 0700) is open on weekdays from 8:00 – 16:00 and on match days from 8:00 onwards at the BLUE containers situated at the Lynnwood entrance and at Kirkness street.
CAN I USE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR PURCHASING TICKETS?
Yes, you can use your bank cards at Loftus. We are striving to ultimately make Loftus a cashless environment… unitl then, we also accept cash at all the vendor points.
IS THERE AN ATM NEARBY?
Yes, there is an ATM at Loftus Park (alongside the North side of the stadium) and Eastwood Shopping Centre (three blocks from the stadium). There is also a mobile Absa ATM on the D-field during most major match days. Although there are ATMs available around the Loftus precinct, all vendors now accept card payments.
CAN I SIT MY CHILD ON MY LAP AND NOT PURCHASE A TICKET FOR THEM?
No. Every human being entering the stadium must have a ticket. ALL kids, even babies, should have a valid ticket to enter the stadium.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE STADIUM ON MATCH DAYS?
Please note that no animals are allowed at the stadium except for guide/service animals.
CAN I BUY A JERSEY AND OTHER MEMORABILIA AT THE STADIUM?
Yes you can, there is always a variety of points at the stadium for the purchase of merchandise.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS INTO THE STADIUM?
No, you may not bring your own food and drinks into the stadium. We have vendors strategically placed around the stadium with a variety of food and drink offerings.
AM I ALLOWED TO CONSUME ALCOHOL ON THE STANDS WHILE WATCHING THE GAME?
Great new, yes you may. You are now allowed to consume alcohol on the stands. We do however strongly encourage responsible and courteous drinking.
