1. INTRODUCTION

2.2 A person that is responding to a tender or a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a request for Quotation (RFQ) that we have issued;
2.3 A person who agrees to be a supplier of goods and/or services to us.
3. ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES
3.1 You must accept all the terms of this policy when you offer or supply goods and/or services to us. You may not offer or supply goods and/or services to us if you do not accept all the provisions of this policy.
3.2 We may change this policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by placing a notice on our website or by sending you an email explaining the changes that we have made. If you do not accept the changes, then you may not continue to offer or supply goods and/or services to us. If you do continue to offer or supply goods and/or services to us, then you will be deemed to have accepted the revised provisions of the policy.
3.3 You may not access our website or offer and/or supply goods and/or services to us if you are younger than 18 years old or do not have legal capacity to conclude legally binding agreements.

4.2.2 Permanently de-identified information that does not relate or cannot be traced back to you specifically;

4.2.4 Information that you have provided voluntarily in a public forum. (When information is disclosed in a public forum, it is no longer confidential and does not constitute personal information subject to protection under this policy).

5.3 TENDERS, RFP’S AND RFQ’S
5.3.1 When you respond to a tender, RFP or RFQ or when a contract in terms of the aforementioned is awarded to you, you will be asked to provide us with additional personal information on a voluntary basis.
5.4 TELEPHONE CALLS
5.4.1 All telephone calls may be monitored and/or recorded unless you specifically request us not to.
6. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1 We may use your personal information to fulfil our obligations to you.
6.2 We may send communication to you in relation to a tender, RFP or RFQ that you responded to or in relation to your supply of goods and/or services to us.
6.3 We may send you marketing and promotional material. You may however choose to ‘opt-out’ of receiving marketing and promotional material.
7. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
7.1 We may disclose your personal information to:
7.1.1 Our goods or services providers, sponsors, suppliers and business partners with who we have agreements in place and who help provide certain goods and/or services to us or are involved in certain aspects of our business operations, including marketing, fraud prevention, etc.
7.1.2 Credit bureaus to report account information, as permitted by law;
7.1.3 Other parties who provide us with relevant services where appropriate;
7.1.4 Any other third party in order to fulfil our obligations to you or as may be required by law or governmental audit, a subpoena or court order, or to protect the safety of any individual or the general public.
