Vodacom Bulls Loftus Season Pass Terms and Conditions
- Authorized Ticket Sales Platform Loftus Versfeld exclusively uses Ticketpros for ticket sales. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from third-party sellers like Viagogo and GameDaySeats, as they often inflate prices.
- Agreement By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket for an event at the stadium, you agree to these terms and conditions, creating a binding agreement between you and the Blue Bulls Company.
- No Refunds, Exchanges, or Replacements: Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be replaced under any circumstances. You are responsible for safeguarding your ticket.
- Right of Admission Reserved: Your ticket grants entry to the specified event at the stadium, provided you adhere to these terms. You must retain your ticket and present it to officials upon request. Non-compliance may result in denied entry, removal from the stadium, or future bans.
- Access and Seating: Access to specific areas within the stadium may be restricted. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the seat indicated on your ticket but reserve the right to change your seat if necessary.
- Personal Information Protection: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the privacy policy available at www.bullsrugby.co.za.
- Prohibited Items: Certain items are not allowed in the stadium, including alcohol, radios, bottles, tins, glasses, bugles, crackers, cooler boxes, firearms, knives, and other dangerous objects. Searches may be conducted to enforce this policy.
- Seating Packages: Each ticket package includes pre-assigned seating sections. Requests to purchase tickets outside these sections are subject to stadium management approval.
- Payment Terms: Tickets are issued only upon full payment. Partial payments over time are not accepted. Tickets will not be reserved for more than 30 days.
- Voucher Expiry: Vouchers included in your package must be claimed by February 2025.
- Season Pass Validity: The Loftus Season Pass is valid only for the applicable games mentioned in the inclusions and specifically excludes Vodacom United Rugby Championship Finals and Investec Champions Cup play-offs.
- Tickets for Other Events: Tickets for away matches at Emirates Airline Park and DHL Stadium, Mamelodi Sundowns FC PSL home matches hosted at Loftus Versfeld Stadium, and domestic cricket matches at SuperSport Park are subject to availability. Seating is at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
- Event Changes: All events, including schedules and locations, are subject to change at the sole discretion of the event or tournament organizers. The organizers reserve the right to make any necessary modifications without prior notice.
- Use of Season Ticket: The Season Ticket is for private, personal use only and is not intended for any commercial or business purposes.
