Vodacom Bulls Loftus Season Pass Terms and Conditions
The Vodacom Bulls Loftus Season Pass Description:
The Vodacom Bulls Loftus Season Pass (hereinafter “Loftus Season Pass”) grants the holder access to: [Rugby] Vodacom United Rugby Championship, Investec Champions Cup, Currie Cup, Springbok test matches at Loftus Versfeld Stadium and Vodacom Bulls matches at Emirates Airline Park and DHL Stadium; [Football] Mamelodi Sundowns Football Club matches at Loftus Versfeld Stadium; [Cricket] domestic cricket matches at SuperSport Park. The Loftus Season Pass is valid for the 2023/2024 season.
All three packages include the following for matches and events at Loftus Versfeld Stadium:
- All Vodacom Bulls matches in the Vodacom URC – 9 pool matches and possible play-offs, excluding the final.
- All Vodacom Bulls Champions Cup pool matches – 2 matches.
- All Vodacom Bulls Currie Cup matches, including possible semi-final and final.
- A Springbok Test match – opponents, date and kick-off time shall be communicated once confirmed by SA Rugby.
- Exclusive accreditation and stadium access card.
- Preferential booking for Vodacom Bulls events.
- Preferential booking opportunities for other events and concerts.
- First right to purchase additional tickets for the Springbok Test, as well as the possible Vodacom URC final and Champions Cup play-offs.
- The chance to get involved in exciting competitions, rewards, and lucky draws.
- Newsletter and access to exclusive content.
The Executive Loftus Season Pass will include the following:
R2 950.00 – including VAT.
- Vodacom Bulls replica jersey.
- Seating on the West Lower Stand (Grandstand).
- All Vodacom Bulls Vodacom United Rugby Championship home matches – excluding the Vodacom United Rugby Championship finals.
- All Vodacom Bulls Investec Champions Cup home matches – excludes the Investec Champions Cup play-offs.
- All Vodacom Bulls Currie Cup home matches
- All Bulls Daisies home matches
- Springbok test match at Loftus Versfeld Stadium
- Tickets on request to watch our Vodacom Bulls senior teams play away matches at Emirates Airline Park and DHL Stadium.
- Tickets on request to watch Mamelodi Sundowns FC PSL home matches hosted at Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
- Tickets on request for domestic cricket matches at SuperSport Park.
The Premier Loftus Season Pass will include the following:
R1 950.00 – including VAT.
- Vodacom Bulls fan wear golf shirt.
- Seating on the East Lower Stand.
- All Vodacom Bulls Vodacom United Rugby Championship home matches – excluding the Vodacom United Rugby Championship finals.
- All Vodacom Bulls Investec Champions Cup home matches – excludes the Investec Champions Cup play-offs.
- All Vodacom Bulls Currie Cup home matches
- All Bulls Daisies home matches
- Tickets on request to watch our Vodacom Bulls senior teams play away matches at Emirates Airline Park and DHL Stadium.
- Tickets on request to watch Mamelodi Sundowns FC PSL home matches hosted at Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
The Classic Loftus Season Pass will include the following:
R 950.00 – including VAT.
- Seating on the North Lower Stand.
- All Vodacom Bulls Vodacom United Rugby Championship home matches – excluding the Vodacom United Rugby Championship finals.
- All Vodacom Bulls Investec Champions Cup home matches – excludes the Investec Champions Cup play-offs.
- All Vodacom Bulls Currie Cup home matches
- All Bulls Daisies home matches
- Tickets on request to watch Mamelodi Sundowns FC PSL home matches hosted at Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
Passholder Responsibilities:
- Passholders are responsible for their conduct and adherence to the organization’s rules and policies during matches.
- Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the named passholder.
- Lost or stolen passes must be reported to Tanika Esbach tanika@bluebull.co.za
Vodacom Bulls Loftus Season Pass Renewal:
Passholders will have the option to renew their pass for subsequent seasons, subject to availability and pricing changes.
Vodacom Bulls Loftus Season Pass Refunds and Exchanges:
- Passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except as required by law.
- Refunds will not be issued for matches missed due to personal reasons or scheduling conflicts.
Vodacom Bulls Loftus Season Pass Revocation:
The organization reserves the right to revoke a passholder’s privileges for any breach of these terms and conditions or disruptive behaviour at matches.
Passholder Benefits:
Passholders may receive additional benefits, such as a stadium access card, preferential bookings for events and concerts at Loftus Versfeld Stadium, VIP Stadium experiences, newsletters and access to exclusive content, discounts on merchandise or concessions, as outlined in promotional materials or on the organization’s website.
Loftus Season Pass Changes:
The organization reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, pass pricing, or pass benefits at any time, with notice to passholders.
Loftus Versfeld Stadium Tour:
- Pre-determined dates will be communicated to all Loftus Season Pass holders to book a slot to attend the tour.
- One stadium tour per Loftus Season Pass holder per annum.
Springbok Test Match:
- Confirmation of the Test match is subject to approval by the South African Rugby Union (SARU).
- If tickets are not secured two weeks in advance, they will be forfeited and re-entered into the system.
Tickets – SuperSport Park:
- Only domestic matches at happening at SuperSport Park.
- Grass bank allocation.
- Tickets must be booked through Tanika Esbach at tanika@bluebull.co.za 2 weeks in advance.
Tickets: Emirates Airline Park:
- Only valid for Vodacom Bulls vs Emirates Lions matches happening at Emirates Airline Park.
- Tickets must be booked through Tanika Esbach at tanika@bluebull.co.za 2 weeks in advance.
Tickets: DHL Stadium:
- Only valid for Vodacom Bulls vs DHL Stormers matches at DHL Stadium.
- Tickets must be booked through Tanika Esbach at tanika@bluebull.co.za 2 weeks in advance.
Force Majeure:
The organization is not responsible for matches, events or concerts cancelled, rescheduled, or interrupted due to reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Liability Waiver:
Passholders assume all risks associated with attending matches, including injury or property damage, and release The Blue Bulls Company (PTY) Ltd from any liability.
Personal Data:
Passholders’ personal information may be collected and used in accordance with the organization’s privacy policy, as found on bullsrugby.co.za/privacy-policy-for-customers-and-supporters-2/
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic.
