The Vodacom United Rugby Championship semifinals will take place this Saturday in Edinburgh and Dublin as teams from Ireland, Scotland and South Africa compete to reach the 2026 Grand Final.

Having won their quatterfinals,  Glasgow Warriors (1), Leinster (2), DHL Stormers (3) and Vodacom Bulls (4) have been paired off to see who will reach the VURC finale in three weeks’ time.

Semifinal 1 will take place in the Scottish capital city of Edinburgh at 3.30pm (SA time) where top ranked Glasgow Warriors host the Vodacom Bulls at Murrayfield. It is the first meeting of the teams in the knock-out stages since the Scottish side claimed a famous Grand Final victory against the Vodacom Bulls at Loftus Versfeld two years ago.

Semifinal 2 will take place at 6.30pm where defending champions Leinster will welcome the DHL Stormers to the Irish capital of Dublin at Aviva Stadium. The team from Cape Town became the first VURC champions in 2022 and this is their first appearance in the semifinals since 2023.

The kick-off times allow for the possibility of semifinal 1 relying upon extra-time or a place-kicking competition to decide the outcome.

Both games will be broadcast live in South Africa on SuperSport.

Match official appointments and an update on potential Grand Final venues will be confirmed in due course.
