The Vodacom Bulls have welcomed back the services of Springbok duo, Kurt-Lee Arendse and Canan Moodie to the match day 23 that will do battle with Irish side, Ulster in round 16 of the 2022/23 Vodacom United Rugby Championship. The two sides will meet on Saturday 25 March in Belfast, with kick-off set for 21h35pm, South African Time.
Jake White’s herd begin their two-weekend European tour with a trip to the Kingspan stadium, in Northern Ireland, where they will take on the Irish side looking to consolidate their spot in the playoffs of this year’s campaign.
Gerhard Steenekamp, Johann Grobbelaar and Mornay Smith will line up in the front row, backed by Ruan Vermaak and his captain, Ruan Nortje. The trio of Marco van Staden, Cyle Brink and Elrigh Louw will add their power in the scrums from the third row. Zak Burger and Chris Smith will link the forwards with the backs at scrum half and fly half respectively.
David Kriel slots in at left wing with Canan Moodie on the right as Harold Vorster and Cornal Hendricks link up as the centre pairing of the day. Kurt-Lee Arendse returns at fullback.
